Based in Malta with registered offices in Floriana, just outside the capital Valletta, Mediterranean Investments Holding plc (MIH) was set up in 2005 and converted to a public company in 2007.
MIH plc is a joint venture between the CPHCL Group and the National Real Estate Company (NREC) of Kuwait and has a vison of providing the North African region with quality residential and mixed-use developments. The shareholders’ broad experience in hospitality, real estate development, and retail, amongst others, is the bedrock on which the company was founded. MIH plc can also draw on decades of business experience in this part of the world, with proven competence in sourcing deals, project and construction management, as well as day-to-day operations. Our track record and ability to succeed makes us perfectly placed to launch and operate landmark projects of varying categories and dimensions.
Our first operational undertaking, Palm City Residences in Janzour Libya, is testimony to the commitment and passion we dedicate to all our projects. We look forward to devoting that same enthusiasm to all our upcoming developments.
