    CPHCL’s main investments are its majority shareholding in International Hotel Investments (IHI) p.l.c (also known as Corinthia Group) and has a shareholding in Mediterranean Investments Holding (MIH). Moreover, the Group invests in premium projects, prime mixed-use real estate, and the talent that brings them to life, driving long-term growth and value. We are guided by an impressive track record, a forward-looking vision and a commitment to sustainable growth, with a dedicated team forging a legacy for the future.

  • Real Estate

    CPHCL has recently joined forces with Attard Bros Group to develop and sell premium real estate property in Malta. Through our Palace Residences, we showcase the Group’s property portfolio through curated visuals, plans, designs and project highlights. Our portfolio ranges from modern apartment buildings to luxury high-end villas.

  • Hospitality

    We have built an impressive legacy of over 6 decades of luxury hospitality expertise and service excellence, through our flagship Corinthia hotels and international hotel investments. Guided by a people-first approach and a commitment to quality and care, CPHCL continues to set the standard in hospitality worldwide. Besides our shareholding in IHI plc, CPHCL also fully owns the Aquincum Hotel in Budapest and the Verdi Resort Tunis (Gammarth). In addition, the Group is a shareholder in the Verdi Hotel Santarem, Portugal.
